中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)主要是分為有七段。

The insulated glass production line is mainly divided into seven sections.

一段是放玻璃,把玻璃放在生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上。

One section is about placing glass on the production line.

二段是清洗風(fēng)干,清洗這邊是靠風(fēng)刀風(fēng)干玻璃。

The second stage involves cleaning and air drying, while the cleaning process on this side involves using an air knife to air dry the glass.

玻璃清洗完成之后進(jìn)入第三段第三段是檢查段，檢查玻璃干凈不干

After the glass cleaning is completed, enter the third section, which is the inspection section. Check that the glass is clean and not dry

第四段是鋁框安裝段，四段這里有下面的定位和上面的定位，鋁框順著(zhù)定位把鋁框安裝在玻璃上,進(jìn)入下一段。

The fourth section is the aluminum frame installation section, where there are lower and upper positioning. The aluminum frame is installed on the glass along the positioning and enters the next section.

第五段是和片段,玻璃順著(zhù)上下兩個(gè)橫梁懸空過(guò)來(lái)，兩片合在一起。

The fifth paragraph is about the scene where the glass is suspended along the upper and lower crossbeams, and the two pieces are merged together.

進(jìn)入第六段是平壓段,第六段把兩片玻璃壓合均勻。

Entering the sixth section is the flat pressing section, where the two pieces of glass are evenly pressed together.

壓實(shí)之后進(jìn)入中空線(xiàn)的最后一段，等待段，這一段就等待進(jìn)入中空玻璃全自動(dòng)封膠線(xiàn)封膠。

After compaction, it enters the last section of the hollow line, the waiting section, which is waiting to enter the fully automatic sealing line for insulating glass.
