        在點(diǎn)膠機膠水方面,膠水一定不能有氣泡,一個(gè)小小氣泡就會(huì )形成許多焊盤(pán)沒(méi)有膠水,形成空打現象,招致產(chǎn)生不合格的產(chǎn)品,所以每次中途改換膠管時(shí)必需排空銜接處,關(guān)于膠水的固化,普通消費廠(chǎng)家已給出溫度曲線(xiàn)。在實(shí)踐應盡可能采用比擬高的溫度來(lái)固化,使膠水固化后有足夠強度。

In the process of dispensing, we should select reasonable back pressure and dispensing speed for different viscosity glue.
        除去膠水和外界環(huán)境的影響,關(guān)于點(diǎn)膠機自身來(lái)說(shuō),通常企業(yè)所用點(diǎn)膠機是采用螺旋泵供應點(diǎn)膠針頭,因而需求采取一個(gè)恒定的壓力來(lái)保證足夠膠水供應螺旋泵,假如壓力太大易形成膠溢出、膠量過(guò)多;壓力太小則會(huì )呈現點(diǎn)膠斷續現象,漏點(diǎn),從而形成缺陷。所以應依據不同質(zhì)量的膠水、點(diǎn)膠機工作環(huán)境溫度等狀況來(lái)選擇壓力。環(huán)境溫度高則會(huì )使膠水粘度變小、活動(dòng)性變好,這時(shí)需調低背壓即可保證膠水的供應,反之亦然。

        在實(shí)踐工作中,我們以為針頭內徑大小應為點(diǎn)膠膠點(diǎn)直徑的1/2,這樣的點(diǎn)膠效果是較為理想的,因而點(diǎn)膠過(guò)程中,要應依據PCB上焊盤(pán)大小來(lái)選取點(diǎn)膠針頭,這樣既能夠保證膠點(diǎn)質(zhì)量,又能夠進(jìn)步消費。不同的點(diǎn)膠機采用不同的針頭,有些針頭有一定的止動(dòng)度。每次工作開(kāi)端應做針頭與PCB間隔的校準,即Z軸高度校準,這一點(diǎn)常常容易被疏忽。

        自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠機

Therefore, in the dispensing process, the needle should be selected according to the size of the pad on the PCB, which can not only ensure the quality of the dispensing point, but also improve the consumption efficiency. Different dispensing machines use different needles, some needles have a certain degree of motility. It is often neglected that the interval between the needle and PCB should be calibrated at the beginning of each work, i.e. Z-axis height calibration.
        點(diǎn)膠量的大小依據工作經(jīng)歷,膠點(diǎn)直徑的大小應為焊盤(pán)間距的一半,貼片后膠點(diǎn)直徑應為膠點(diǎn)直徑的1.5倍。這樣就能夠保證有充足的膠水來(lái)粘結元件又防止過(guò)多膠水浸染焊盤(pán)。點(diǎn)膠量幾由螺旋泵的旋轉時(shí)間長(cháng)短來(lái)決議,實(shí)踐中應依據室溫、膠水的粘性等選擇泵的旋轉時(shí)間。
