調試的注意事項：
Matters needing attention in debugging:
1、在當天機器操作完畢后要把膠管內的膠沖出，防止硬化；如果長(cháng)時(shí)間不實(shí)用要注意用煤油清洗膠管和膠槍。

2、雙組份打膠機使用的硅酮膠或聚硫膠要注意雜質(zhì)不能過(guò)高，低質(zhì)量的膠容易堵塞膠管的過(guò)濾系統，造成出膠不暢或不均勻。

4、液壓站系統的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調滿(mǎn)足膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。打開(kāi)液壓站時(shí)一定要打開(kāi)膠槍?zhuān)駝tB組份管路壓力將升得很高，造成安 全事故。
4. The pressure of the hydraulic station system can not be adjusted too high. According to the indoor environment temperature and other actual conditions, the pressure should be adjusted to meet the requirements of the normal glue output of the rubber nozzle and the uniform glue injection. When opening the hydraulic station, the glue gun must be opened, otherwise the pressure of component B pipeline will rise very high, causing safety accidents.
