　　1.自動(dòng)點(diǎn)膠設備出膠針頭大小，在工作實(shí)際中，針頭內徑大小應為點(diǎn)膠膠點(diǎn)直徑的1/2左右，點(diǎn)膠過(guò)程中，應根據產(chǎn)品大小來(lái)選取點(diǎn)膠針頭。大小相差懸殊的產(chǎn)品要選取不同針頭，這樣既可以保證膠點(diǎn)質(zhì)量，又可以提高生產(chǎn)效率。
