　　2 . 升降機構：

　　A、B組份膠泵分別設一套氣動(dòng)升降機構，該升降機構分別由兩個(gè)氣缸并聯(lián)組成，并通過(guò)橫梁固定連接各自的泵體。其目的之一是將兩缸的作用力通過(guò)壓盤(pán)作用在膠面上，壓力大小由調壓閥調節，一般調整在0.3MPa左右；其二，當需要更換膠桶時(shí)，氣缸可將壓盤(pán)提起。離開(kāi)膠桶，以便更換新的膠桶。

　　2雙組份打膠機的操作

　　1、接通氣源：

　　1. Connect the gas source:

　　源接通，調節減壓閥至0.4~0.6Mpa，檢查系統有無(wú)漏氣現象。然后試運行以下動(dòng)作：（1）A泵提升；（2）A泵充氣；（3）B泵提升；（4）B泵充氣。注意：提升氣缸提升時(shí)，如果兩氣缸不同步，請下降至原點(diǎn)后重新操作。

　　Connect the source, adjust the pressure reducing valve to 0.4~0.6Mpa, and check for any air leakage in the system. 　　2)將膠桶放置在A(yíng)泵壓膠盤(pán)下，開(kāi)啟膠桶，將其中塑料袋外翻至桶外，膠面塑料片取出。

　　2) Place the glue bucket under the pressure plate of pump A, open the glue bucket, turn the plastic bag inside out of the bucket, and remove the plastic sheet on the glue surface.

　　3)使A泵壓盤(pán)緩慢下降，壓盤(pán)入桶時(shí)應使其與桶口對準，將壓膠盤(pán)排氣口打開(kāi)，直到壓盤(pán)接觸膠面。待壓盤(pán)內氣體全部排放完并有少量膠從排氣口溢出時(shí)，即可關(guān)閉排氣閥。（提升開(kāi)關(guān)保持下壓狀態(tài)）

　　3) Slowly lower the pressure plate of pump A, align it with the barrel mouth when entering the barrel, and open the exhaust port of the pressure plate until it contacts the adhesive surface. When all the gas inside the pressure plate is discharged and a small amount of glue overflows from the exhaust port, the exhaust valve can be closed. (Keep the lift switch pressed down)

　　4)開(kāi)機試打膠：將主泵氣源開(kāi)關(guān)打開(kāi)，按下膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，直至A泵里空氣排凈槍口處出膠連續時(shí)停止。

　　4) Start up and try gluing: Turn on the main pump air source switch, press the glue gun switch, and stop until the air in pump A is completely discharged and the glue continues to come out at the muzzle.

　　3、打膠操作：

　　1)松開(kāi)比例杠桿上的比例泵鎖緊螺釘，將比例泵內外調整至所需比例。只有當A膠和B膠的配比達到正常值時(shí)，才可進(jìn)行下面的操作。

　　1) Loosen the proportional pump locking screw on the proportional lever and adjust the inside and outside of the proportional pump to the desired ratio. The following operation can only be carried out when the ratio of A glue and B glue reaches the normal value.

　　2)置選擇旋鈕于A(yíng)、B泵開(kāi)，將膠槍出口對準兩片玻璃的中縫，打開(kāi)膠槍開(kāi)關(guān)，以適當速度平穩地移動(dòng)膠槍使玻璃槽內的雙組份膠填滿(mǎn)充實(shí)為佳。打膠結束時(shí)關(guān)閉膠槍。

　　2) Turn on the selection knob on pumps A and B, align the outlet of the glue gun with the middle seam of the two pieces of glass, turn on the glue gun switch, and smoothly move the glue gun at an appropriate speed to fill and enrich the two-component glue in the glass groove. Turn off the glue gun at the end of gluing.

　　4、更換膠桶：

　　1）當膠桶內的膠用完時(shí)，應立即關(guān)閉A、B開(kāi)關(guān)，停止打膠。

　　2）打開(kāi)A（或B）膠泵充氣開(kāi)關(guān)，選擇A（或B）膠泵提升機構為上升位置，點(diǎn)動(dòng)旋鈕使壓盤(pán)慢慢提起，此時(shí)應注意：膠桶盡量不要離開(kāi)底盤(pán)，直至壓盤(pán)完全脫離膠桶時(shí)關(guān)閉A（或B）膠泵的充氣開(kāi)關(guān)。

　　2) Turn on the inflation switch of the A (or B) glue pump, select the lifting mechanism of the A (or B) glue pump as the rising position, and jog the knob to slowly lift the pressure plate. 　　3雙組分打膠機的注意事項

　　1.由于雙組份密封膠的固化需要一定時(shí)間，因此，已涂了雙組份密封膠的玻璃應水平輕輕搬動(dòng)。

　　2.A組、B組份膠應保持清潔，嚴防異物進(jìn)入膠中。

　　3.在連續工作過(guò)程中，膠槍每次停止工作時(shí)間一般不得超過(guò)20分鐘，否則，應用A組份膠沖出全部混合膠，直至單一的A組份膠從槍口排出為止。

　　二、單組份打膠機簡(jiǎn)介

　　膠槍是一種打膠（或擠膠）的工具，需要施膠的地方就有可能會(huì )用到，廣泛用于建筑裝飾，電子電器，汽車(chē)及汽車(chē)部件，船舶及集裝箱等行業(yè)。氣動(dòng)膠槍是依靠壓縮空氣為動(dòng)力，去推動(dòng)膠的底部，較手動(dòng)膠槍而言可減輕操作者的勞動(dòng)強度，提高工作效率及打膠的質(zhì)量。不需要接電源，一般工廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)流水線(xiàn)上配備有壓縮空氣氣源（通過(guò)氣管來(lái)自工廠(chǎng)的空壓站或空壓機）。

　　2）膠槍未清洗干凈，膠固化堵塞通道，此時(shí)，必須清理疏通通道。

　　3）膠的粘度不合適，若粘度過(guò)大，阻力增加，出膠不連續或打不出膠來(lái)，因此，要選擇符合要求的膠。

　　1）進(jìn)氣口漏氣：氣泵和膠槍接氣口連接密封度不夠，可選擇換接頭或將氣管連到膠槍接氣口，用鐵絲固定。

　　2）槍體漏氣：可將螺絲卸下，重新裝上，再將螺絲擰緊?；蛴貌Ａz密封一下，嚴重漏氣，請聯(lián)系供應商更換槍體。

　　電動(dòng)膠槍

　　Electric glue gun

　　1）槍體漏氣：可將螺絲卸下，重新裝上，再將螺絲擰緊?；蛴貌Ａz密封一下，嚴重漏氣，請聯(lián)系供應商更換槍體。

　　3使用注意事項

　　3 Precautions for use

　　1． 與膠槍連接的壓縮空氣壓力不能超過(guò)145 p.s.i（10bar）

　　1. The compressed air pressure connected to the glue gun cannot exceed 145 p.s.i (10 bar)

　　2． 拆卸膠槍前一定不要接上壓縮空氣。

　　2. Do not connect compressed air before disassembling the glue gun.

　　3． 為確保膠槍可靠地工作，使用后一定要按照密封劑生產(chǎn)商推薦的溶劑清除殘膠（不允許將膠槍浸泡在溶劑中）。

　　4． 如果空氣從扳機閥處緩慢逸出，排氣閥會(huì )明顯失效，如果出現此種情形，應該更換消音排氣閥里面的隔膜片。

　　5． 使用時(shí)，前蓋一定要旋緊。
