生產(chǎn)中空玻璃設備的原玻璃有無(wú)色浮法玻璃、鍍膜玻璃、鋼化玻璃、夾層玻璃等。一般平板玻璃的透明度和強度都不能滿(mǎn)足要求，應盡量避免使用普通平板玻璃。以上所述的玻璃原片必須符合相應的標準要求，并通過(guò)檢驗后才能使用。對不同生產(chǎn)廠(chǎng)家不同批次的玻璃，要檢查是否有無(wú)色差現象，并將色差較大的玻璃分別用在不同工程或不同立面上。

玻璃片的切削尺寸應嚴格按照圖紙要求進(jìn)行，同時(shí)操作者應注意玻璃的表面，不要有劃痕，氣泡等明顯的缺陷。鋁條插角的選擇：鋁條插角厚度應為0.30mm~0.35mm，且厚度均勻，透氣孔分布均勻。鋁條經(jīng)陽(yáng)極氧化或去污處理后，必須選擇質(zhì)量好、檔次高的產(chǎn)品，以提高鋁條的利用率。選擇合適的角度尺寸，擦洗干凈表面。

After anodizing or decontamination treatment, it is necessary to choose high-quality and high-grade products to improve the utilization rate of aluminum strips. Choose the appropriate angle size and scrub the surface clean.

空心玻璃設備的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是，現代建筑的能耗主要是空調和照明，前者占55，后者占23，玻璃是建筑外墻中很薄、很易傳熱的材料。大多數玻璃廠(chǎng)所采用的中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)均為半自動(dòng)板壓或輥壓生產(chǎn)設備，其生產(chǎn)節奏的快慢主要取決于板壓速度和在線(xiàn)清洗的速度。
