自動(dòng)數控中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)(可生產(chǎn)LOW-E中空玻璃)

清洗機采用3對毛刷設計及對LOW- E玻璃專(zhuān)用毛刷避免膜損傷。

采用PLC控制及雙觸摸屏顯示系統一溫度/速度/生產(chǎn)量/故障信息提示-可單獨完成全線(xiàn)控制。

可以生產(chǎn)超長(cháng)二層、三層、大小片(不等邊)幕墻中空玻璃及異型中空玻璃。

全距離自動(dòng)變頻調速，設有玻璃等候儲存段，節省勞動(dòng)等待時(shí)間,提高生產(chǎn)效率。

板壓機液壓控制，伺服電機調整上下不等片尺寸，活動(dòng)板可自由開(kāi)啟，檢修方便快捷。
