1、中空玻璃設備不同廠(chǎng)家不同批次的玻璃在切開(kāi)前應先查看有無(wú)色差，將色差較大的玻璃分別用于不同的工程或不同的建筑立面中。玻璃切開(kāi)尺寸應按圖紙要求嚴格執行。

一起操作人員應注意玻璃表面，不得有劃傷、氣泡等顯著(zhù)缺陷。鋁條、插角的選用：鋁條的厚度應在0.30mm~0.35mm之間，厚度應均勻一致。

透氣孔散布均勻。鋁條須經(jīng)陽(yáng)極氧化處理或去污處理，一定要選用質(zhì)量好、層次高的產(chǎn)品，提高鋁條利用率。插角尺寸要選好，表面要擦干凈。
