一、初始露點(diǎn)以及紫外線(xiàn)照射

1、 Initial dew point and UV irradiation

這是兩種最為基礎的檢測方式，在檢測時(shí)需要專(zhuān)屬的設備對丁基膠涂布機內的空氣干燥性，影響視線(xiàn)的有機發(fā)揮物進(jìn)行檢查與測定。當在規定的條件中，露點(diǎn)小于或等于-40度，玻璃內沒(méi)有霧狀，油狀或者其他污物時(shí)方為合格。

These are the two most basic detection methods, which require dedicated equipment to inspect and determine the air dryness inside the butyl adhesive coating machine and the organic matter that affects the line of sight during the detection. When the dew point is less than or equal to -40 degrees and there is no mist, oil or other dirt inside the glass under the specified conditions, it is considered qualified.

二、密封檢驗

2、 Sealing inspection

這種檢驗方式主要是應用在玻璃設備密封膠是否存在泄漏，且軟硬程度是否達標的情況。在進(jìn)行密封檢查時(shí)，需要樣品在10±0.5KPA條件下保持2.5H厚度的增長(cháng)偏差小于15%。當超過(guò)這個(gè)數值時(shí)則記為不合格。

This inspection method is mainly applied to check whether there is any leakage in the sealant of glass equipment and whether the softness and hardness meet the standard. When conducting a sealing inspection, the sample needs to maintain a 2.5H thickness growth deviation of less than 15% under the condition of 10 ± 0.5KPA. When this value is exceeded, it is considered unqualified.

三、氣候循環(huán)的檢驗

3、 Verification of climate cycle

在檢驗是需要丁基膠涂布機經(jīng)歷一年四季的模擬氣候，期間需要加熱，自然冷卻以及強制制冷的操作，從而檢測玻璃在不同氣候下綜合性能。

In the inspection, the butyl adhesive coating machine needs to undergo simulated climate throughout the year, during which heating, natural cooling, and forced cooling operations are required to test the comprehensive performance of the glass in different climates.

第四、高溫高濕實(shí)驗

Fourth, High temperature and high humidity experiment

這種檢驗方式的檢驗是對密封膠的粘結力，水汽透過(guò)率以及分子篩的吸附能力的檢測，實(shí)驗時(shí)需要空氣濕度大于95%，溫度在25-55度之間，它通過(guò)循環(huán)實(shí)驗時(shí)中空玻璃內的氣體被壓縮和膨脹后的漏氣情況來(lái)判斷粘結力，水汽透過(guò)率是否達標。

This inspection method is used to test the adhesive strength, water vapor permeability, and adsorption capacity of the molecular sieve of the sealant. During the experiment, the air humidity should be greater than 95% and the temperature should be between 25-55 degrees. It determines whether the adhesive strength and water vapor permeability meet the standard by analyzing the leakage of compressed and expanded gas inside the hollow glass during the cyclic experiment.
