全自動(dòng)雙組份打膠機留意事項

1、壓盤(pán)上的放氣閥門(mén)要保持曉暢，要定時(shí)疏通和清洗。

2、正常作業(yè)時(shí)不要斷氣源，假如發(fā)現斷氣源應中止作業(yè)。

5、硅酮膠B 組份遇空氣會(huì )結殼，影響泵的正常作業(yè)和管路的疏通，因而，停機時(shí)B組份膠的一切通道在泄壓后均應封閉，使B組份不得觸摸空氣。

6、B膠桶內假如要有空氣，空氣將排不出來(lái)，B泵將快速往返運動(dòng)，不能向高壓泵內正常供膠，影響整個(gè)體系，因而，必須將空氣排出來(lái)。辦法是：將壓盤(pán)提出重新壓入并放氣。

7、液壓站體系的壓力，不能調的太高，要根據室內環(huán)境溫度等實(shí)際情況，調滿(mǎn)意膠嘴正常出膠均勻打膠即可。翻開(kāi)液壓站時(shí)一定要翻開(kāi)膠槍?zhuān)駝tB組份管路壓力將升得很高，形成事故。
7. 8、A膠提膠泵接連作業(yè)1分鐘以上沒(méi)有供膠中止，闡明管路內有空氣，此時(shí)會(huì )報警，須翻開(kāi)泵上管接頭再翻開(kāi)A膠提膠泵，直到出膠中止，中止并接好接頭，膠槍會(huì )出現有空氣的嗶嗶爆破聲，空氣排凈就好了。
8. 9、因為每次沖刷混合器不會(huì )徹底干凈，每次都有少數的混合膠堆積，越來(lái)越多，以致堵塞混合器通道，用一段時(shí)刻后，影響出膠量和混合作用，因而要定時(shí)（聚硫膠五天，硅酮膠兩天）清洗混合器。把混合器內的混膠棒拆出，如有損壞更換新的混膠棒。若混膠棒拆不出來(lái)，可用火燒掉，留意不能損害零件螺紋。
9.
