　　鋁條折彎機保養與維護:

　　Maintenance of aluminum bar bending machine:

　　在進(jìn)行機床保養或擦機前，應將上模對準下模后放下關(guān)機，直工作完畢，如需進(jìn)行開(kāi)機或其它操作，應將模式選擇在手動(dòng)，并確保。其保養內容如下：

　　1、液壓油路

　　1. Hydraulic oil circuit

　　1) Check the oil level of the oil tank every week. If the oil level is lower than the oil window, add hydraulic oil;

　　2)本機所用液壓油為ISO HM46或MOBIL DTE25;

　　3)新機工作2000小時(shí)后應換油，以后每工作4000～6000小時(shí)后應換油，每次換油，應清洗油箱;

　　3) The oil of the new machine should be changed after 2000 hours of operation, and after every 4000~6000 hours of operation, the oil tank should be cleaned every time;

　　4)系統油溫應在35℃～60℃之間，不得超過(guò)70℃，如過(guò)高會(huì )導致油質(zhì)及配件的變質(zhì)損壞。

　　4) The system oil temperature shall be between 35 ℃ and 60 ℃, and shall not exceed 70 ℃. If it is too high, the oil quality and accessories will be deteriorated and damaged.

　　2、過(guò)濾器

　　2. Filter

　　1)每次換油時(shí)，過(guò)濾器應更換或*清洗;

　　1) The filter shall be replaced or cleaned every time the oil is changed;

　　2)機床有相關(guān)報警或油質(zhì)不干凈等其它過(guò)濾器異常，應更換;

　　2) If the machine tool has related alarms or other filters are abnormal, such as dirty oil, they should be replaced;

　　3)油箱上的空氣過(guò)濾器，每3個(gè)月進(jìn)行檢查清洗，1年更換。

　　3) The air filter on the oil tank shall be checked and cleaned every 3 months and replaced every 1 year.

　　3、液壓部件

　　3. Hydraulic components

　　1)每月清潔液壓部件(基板、閥、電機、泵、油管等)，防止臟物進(jìn)入系統，不能使用清潔劑;

　　1) Clean hydraulic components (baseplate, valve, motor, pump, oil pipe, etc.) every month to prevent dirt from entering the system, and do not use detergent;

　　2)新機使用一個(gè)月后，檢查各油管彎曲處有無(wú)變形，如有異常應予更換，使用兩個(gè)月后，應緊固所有配件的連接處，進(jìn)行此項工作時(shí)應關(guān)機，系統無(wú)壓力。

　　2) After the new machine has been used for one month, check whether there is deformation at the bending of each oil pipe. If there is any abnormality, replace it. After two months of use, fasten the connection of all accessories. Shut down the machine when doing this work, and the system has no pressure.
